On-stage…
For actors, we hold auditions for shows several times a year, including the opportunity to submit video auditions for those who can’t make a particular date. Stone Soup is a strong believer in non-traditional casting, serving local artists, and making a safe space for everyone to make theatre.
…and off-stage…
The work of putting on a show stretches well past what you see on the stage: Stone Soup could not put on a show without the work of volunteers doing everything from posting about shows on social media to helping construct sets to finding props or helping take tickets! For students, as a registered non-profit we’re happy to provide service hours for school requirements.
In addition to production volunteers, we could also particularly use help with our committees for fundraising and marketing & publicity!

In addition to our talented actors, we’re always delighted to meet and work with new directors and designers to craft our productions! If you’re interested in lighting, sound, sets, and other design work, drop us a line to introduce yourself!
